Jerry Rossi

Director

Founder and Director at BCFR Chartered Accountants, Jerry has over 25 years’ experience in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree majoring in accounting from the University of Adelaide and is a fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

 

In his time as director Jerry has obtained a wealth of knowledge from business transactions, property and business purchases, business structures and accounting systems. In 2017 he successfully landed an AFSL license for his practice with ASIC, enabling his staff to deliver sound financial advice to clients.

Jerry has warm welcoming personality and is goal driven, striving to impress clients with high standards in work and results. He fosters open communications to help clients consistently achieve the best possible outcomes for their business. His key areas of expertise include business structures, taxation advice & strategies, self-managed super funds and sensitive dealing with stakeholders such as shareholders and financiers. He enjoys working with clients in the retail and manufacturing sectors along with transport, construction, real estate, medical and allied health, professional services and primary producers.

Jerry is married to Elena with two beautiful children, Son Jonathon and Daughter Liana, both studying at university. Jerry is also a passionate sportsman playing squash, soccer and tennis every week and following most sports with a particular love for Soccer and AFL.

Nick Formichella

Nick Formichella is one of the founders and directors at BCFR. With over 30 years’ experience, Nick is well respected by his clients and his advice is held in high regard. Experience has demonstrated to Nick the importance that clients have someone they can trust and rely upon to listen intently and understand their needs.

 

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and NZ, Nicks experience and knowledge of client’s needs are unparalleled.

Nick acts as trusted advisor to a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, small and mid-market businesses as well as larger corporates including those in retail, property development and investment, manufacturing, superannuation and professional services.

Nicks ability to connect with his clients on a higher level of understanding provides them with the security and foundations to grow. With a very hands-on approach, Nick sets realistic business goals for his clients and ensures they are armed with the means succeed. His specialist areas include but are not limited to, business structures and all taxation advice. Nicks ultimate goal is to help his clients succeed and maximise cash flow and net worth.

As a proud father, Nick enjoys spending time with his Son Matteo who is currently studying year 12. They share a strong bond and enjoy father-son activities such as running and cycling together. Nick is also a social golfer and follows the AFL, Soccer and Basketball.

Andrew Ciarla

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and in his final year of Chartered Practicing Accountants degree (CPA), Andrews’s skills and specialities include taxation & business services, tax planning and tax advice, business structures, asset protection and helping, clients to grow their business along with Self-Managed Super Fund Compliance. His key client sectors are clients with small to medium sized businesses.

Andrew is a sports enthusiast and plays soccer during the season, and also enjoys exercising and spending time with friends and family.

Her time at BCFR has allowed her to develop strong, close relationships with her clients providing them with high-level individual tax and financial advice. Anna’s client base consists of small to medium size entities in both South Australia and interstate. She provides financial and tax advice to individuals, trusts, companies and super funds from industries including Retail, Doctors and Medical Specialists, Property and Investment, building and construction. She also attends to third party requirements such as cash flows for banks, payroll tax and WorkCover requirements.

She holds extensive knowledge of Microsoft suite, MYOB and QuickBooks. Working part time allows her to spend much loved time with her children at both soccer and dance activities and she enjoys travelling when she can.

Arthur Panagis

Arthur commenced employment at BCFR in August 2015 and brings with him, experience working with diverse clients and individuals. In his time as an accountant Arthur has built up strong relationships with his clients and good rapports.

Specialising in taxation and advisory services for Individuals, Trusts, Companies and Super Funds, Belinda holds a treasure of knowledge on various taxation matters including GST and SMSFs (retirement and allocated pension).  Experienced in MYOB and Xero, Belinda is a highly respected team member at BCFR with focuses on small business enterprises with clients involved in supermarket industries.

As a people person, Belinda has a friendly, bubbly personality which allows her to connect with her clients on a deeper level, understanding them better. Belinda is passionate about providing her clients with excellent services with high attention to detail, developing long lasting business relationships. Her clients are her main focus with their needs being at the forefront of everything she does.

Belinda is mother to 2 beautiful children, Lucas and Nicholas and happily married to Filippo. When she is not spending time with family and friends, Belinda enjoys all outdoor fitness activities and attending the gym.
