With the end of the 2018/2019 financial year in sight it is time to start preparing all your receipts and documents together for your 2019 Income tax return preparation.
The Australian Taxation Office has advised that they will be targeting unsubstantiated claims by tax payers in the 2019 financial year.
To ensure all records and claims are made correctly we have attached our BCFR 2019 checklist for work related deductions. This checklist will list potential deductions you may be entitled to claim and the documentation that must be retained to be entitled to the deduction.
In addition we have also attached our BCFR client substantiation declaration that must be signed by all tax payers prior to lodgement of returns.
